Giving Thanks for All of You

Dear Friends, As we are now more than a month into our exile from life together in our church building, I can confidently say the Church as a people is alive and well and it is such a privilege to serve among you as you remain Christ's body for each other, the community, and the world.  There are three words that I would use to describe the people of St. Andrew's in these strange and uncertain times: connected, resourceful, and prayerful. Connected:   Even as we no longer meet to worship, learn and serve on Egypt Road, we remain very much connected through phone calls, email, facebook, zoom meetings, cards,  and  mailings.  The level of concern that so many of you are demonstrating  for one another and your willingness of some of you to reach out to folks whom you did not previously know has been inspiring to me and a blessing to others.,  Resourceful : Repurposing, multiusage, and finding creative ways to still carry out ministry has been fun to watch.  This
