Lenten Midweek Themes 2021 – Wednesday Wandering and Wondering
We will not be able to gather indoors this year for Lenten Dinners and Worship in our sanctuary (sad face). However, at the time when we would normally be gathering for worship, Pastor Mueller will be hosting Facebook Live sessions on St. Andrew's Facebook page. Included in this time together will be prayer (with an opportunity for you
to make prayer requests in the comments section), scripture reading and reflection (with an opportunity for questions in the comments), and updates on our life together as a faith community.

Our theme this year "Wednesday Wandering and Wondering" does not put on display the superheroes of the Bible and their mighty acts of power and faith (stories that tend to
dominate our Sunday School lessons and with good reason) but rather biblical characters who find themselves wandering through times of waiting and watching, of transition and uncertainty, and trying to sense the presence of God in the midst of the journey (notunlike what many of us are doing right now). Here are some of the figures and stories
that we will be reflecting upon during this holy season.
