St. Andrew's hosts a variety of Bible Studies throughout the week.  Members of the congregation have volunteered to lead the Bible Study discussions. Listed below are the Bible Studies we currently offer:

 

 

Breakfast Bible Study

The Breakfast Bible Study Group meets the first Thursday of the month at 6:30 AM in St. Andrew's Hall. Breakfast is from 6:30 AM to 7:00 AM.  Bible Study is from 7:00 AM to 7:30 AM.  Members of the group share the responsibility of making the breakfast. Pastor Greenwald leads the Bible Study discussion. During the Lenten season, this group meets every Thursday.

 

Sunday Evening Bible Study

Sunday evening Bible Study meets at 7:00 PM in the Jerusalem Room.  There are generally two sessions during the year, each session is approximately 12 weeks. Some of the books we have used in our study are as follows:

This is just a sampling of the books we've used over the past two years, all biblically based. A wonderful time to fellowship with other members of the congregation.

 

Monday Evening Bible Study

Monday evening Bible Study meets at 6:30 PM in Daniel's Den. This Bible Study was originally formed for members of the congregation who have children attending Monday evening confirmation classes. However, the class is open to anyone who wants to understand "religion" and the Bible. Some of the topics we have covered over the last several years include:

Study of the Book of Job;

Hymnody (ever wonder where the hymns in our hymnals came from?);

Study of the Book of Revelation;
bullet

World Religions;
bullet

Denominations of the church;
bullet

The Origin of the Bible.

 

Tuesday Noon Bible Study

Tuesday noon Bible Study meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month September through May.  Bring your lunch and join us in St. Andrew's Hall as we study God's Word and enjoy a noon-time meal.  Some of the topics we have studied include:

Being a Godly Women;

Book of Hebrews.
