Special Events
The Special Events Committee is responsible for
organizing the First Holy Communion and Confirmation receptions,
as well as planning and organizing the church picnic.
This committee also plans and organizes the church picnic, which
involves various tasks such as:

selecting a
location and date for the picnic; |
 |
making reservations if the
picnic is held off-site; |
 |
purchasing food and beverages;
|
 |
arrangements
for renting and set-up of the tent (on-site);
|
 |
games for
all ages;
|
 |
set-up and clean-up.
|
This is a great committee if you only have a few hours to
volunteer! There are no monthly meetings. Volunteers are always
welcome.
