Property Committee
The Property Committee is responsible for the upkeep of the
church buildings and grounds. They are responsible for
the repair or replacement of anything which becomes broken or
wears out, such as:

lighting; |

carpet; |
 |
paint; |
 |
roof; |
 |
air conditioning and heating system;

 |
telephone system; |
 |
sound system; |
 |
tables and chairs. |
The committee
ensures that the grounds are kept in good order by periodically
removing leaves and debris from the ground as well as rain
gutters.
The committee
administers contracts for:

lawn care and shrubbery trimming;
|
 |
snow removal; |
 |
trash collection; |
 |
fuel delivery; |
 |
furnace maintenance;
|
 |
elevator maintenance;
|
 |
fire extinguisher maintenance.
|
They assist in
decorating the church at Christmas time.
Regular monthly
meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 7:30 PM.
