Property Committee


The Property Committee is responsible for the upkeep of the church buildings and grounds. They are responsible for the repair or replacement of anything which becomes broken or wears out, such as:

bullet

lighting;
bullet

carpet;
bullet

paint;
bullet

roof;
bullet

air conditioning and heating system;
bullet

telephone system;
bullet

sound system;
bullet

tables and chairs.

The committee ensures that the grounds are kept in good order by periodically removing leaves and debris from the ground as well as rain gutters.

 

The committee administers contracts for:

bullet

lawn care and shrubbery trimming;
bullet

snow removal;
bullet

trash collection;
bullet

fuel delivery;
bullet

furnace maintenance;
bullet

elevator maintenance;
bullet

fire extinguisher maintenance.

They assist in decorating the church at Christmas time.

 

Regular monthly meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 7:30 PM.
